If items are damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can replace them and submit an insurance claim to the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that this process is subject to all terms laid forth by the USPS for filing insurance claims, which may include delivery of the damaged contents to U.S. Postal officials for examination.
