Shipping Information

Orders placed through this site for delivery anywhere in the United States are shipped FREE of charge via USPS Media Mail. Special delivery requests such as alternate carrier or method may be considered, but only by prior agreement as to potential shipping costs. Requested shipping amounts will never exceed actual shipping costs.

If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order by refunding the full amount of the buyer’s purchase price.

Fulfillment

Orders will be shipped as soon as Eldon is given a chance to sign your books. If any kind of delay is anticipated (for example, if Eldon is on vacation), we will notify you via email. We will also notify you once your order has shipped. If at any time you feel the need to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns

If items are damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can replace them and submit an insurance claim to the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that this process is subject to all terms laid forth by the USPS for filing insurance claims, which may include delivery of the damaged contents to U.S. Postal officials for examination.
